Returns & Exchanges

The following policies only apply to merchandise purchased directly from Arizona Saddlery of Clarkston. We can only accept returns or exchanges purchased directly either from Arizona Saddlery of Clarkston or our website arizonasaddleryofclarkston.com. If you have purchased an item from a different retailer or on a different website, you need to contact that retailer for their return policy. All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by a copy of your receipt.

Returns

If you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we will refund your items if the items are returned to us within 30 days of delivery date. The merchandise must be returned in new condition with all tags attached. If garments are covered with pet hair, we may charge a cleaning fee before processing any refund. Refunds will not be granted for used items. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees and may wish to consider using a trackable shipping service or insuring the package, as Arizona Saddlery of Clarkston is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Refunds for returned goods will be processed within 10 days of receipt of the package.

Item’s purchased at arizonasaddleryofclarkston.com may also be returned to our physical location at 6525 Dixie Hwy, Clarkston, MI 48346. Any items returned to our physical location must be accompanied by a receipt specifying form of payment in order to process any refunds. All refunds will only be issued to the source of payment (ie. No cash will be issued for credit card purchases). If no receipt is provided, only store credit may be issued.

Holiday Returns & Exchanges

Any item purchased between November 1st and December 25th can be sent back to us for return or exchange until February 1st. Should you need to have this date extended further, please contact us by phone at 248-620-4708.

Exchanges

Arizona Saddlery of Clarkston will accept exchanges up to 60 days from the date of purchase. All items must be clean and in brand-new condition, with all tags on the garments. If garments are covered with pet hair, we may impose a cleaning fee before processing any exchanges. Exchanges will be issued as store credit which may be used toward any merchandise offered on our website or in our physical location. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees and may wish to consider using a track able shipping service or insuring the package, as Arizona Saddlery of Clarkston is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

We do not charge restocking fees for exchanged garments.

Exchanges may also be made directly at our physical location at 6525 Dixie Hwy, Clarkston, MI 48346. Any exchanges made in store must also come with a receipt/proof of purchase and all garments must be in brand-new condition, with all tags on the garments.

Defective Merchandise

Defective merchandise may be returned. Normal wear and tear are not considered defects. Defective merchandise is subject to review prior to credit or exchange and will not be subject to any fees (except shipping fees where applicable). If either the workmanship or materials in any of our products is determined to be defective, we will issue a replacement or refund upon receipt of the item.

We can only accept defective merchandise purchased directly from Arizona Saddlery of Clarkston. The only way to purchase from Arizona Saddlery of Clarkston is from our website arizonasaddleryofclarkston.com or from our physical location.

If an item is determined to not be defective and damage is a result of customer negligence/normal wear and tear, the garment may be returned to the customer, however, the customer will assume responsibility for all shipping costs.

Shipping Information

During the year, different orders qualify for free shipping. If you return a product that was purchased under a free shipping promotion, our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return.
